Still, nothing puts a pep in your step like having a workout partner who is as motivated as you are, especially if they’re your significant other, because, sometimes all you need is the right person to push you through that almost killed-me last set. “The likelihood that you’ll be more disciplined when starting a workout routine with your partner is higher. Working towards a common goal strengthens the emotional connection between partners. The encouragement and support create a sense of teamwork and unity while making sure you also hold each other accountable along the way.”
