STRIKING A CHORD

Growing up, Sid Sriram found inspiration in the richness of the music that surrounded him. He recalls, "My mother started her Carnatic vocal music school in Fremont, California, in 1992. I started learning in 1993 when I was three years old. I haven't looked back since. My mother is my guru to this day, and Carnatic is my artistic foundation and fountainhead." This deep connection to his cultural roots laid the foundation for a musical journey that would seamlessly blend tradition with contemporary sounds.
