പച്ചപപ്പായ പകുതി, അച്ചിങ്ങാപയർ ഒരെ ണ്ണം നീളത്തിൽ അരിഞ്ഞത്,വെളുത്തുള്ളി4-5 അല്ലി, കാന്താരിമുളക് (പച്ചമുളക്) 4 എണ്ണം, തക്കാളി ഒന്ന് വലുത്, കാരറ്റ് ഒന്ന്, നിലക്കടല വറുത്ത് തൊലികളഞ്ഞ് ഒരു പിടി, സോയാസോസ് ഒരുടീസ്പൂൺ, ശർക്കര (കരിപ്പട്ടി) ചീകിയത് രണ്ട് ടീ ൺ, വാളൻപുളി നെല്ലിക്ക വലുപ്പം, ചെറുനാരങ്ങ- ഒന്ന്,ഉപ്പ്- പാകത്തിന്
തയാറാക്കുന്ന വിധം
പപ്പായ തൊലികളഞ്ഞ് നീളത്തിൽ ഗ്രേറ്റ് ചെയ്തോ അരിഞ്ഞോ എടുക്കുക. കാരറ്റും ഇതുപോലെ നീളത്തിൽ ഗ്രേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുക. ഇവ രണ്ടും ഐസ് ഇട്ട വെള്ളത്തിൽ 15മിനിറ്റ് വയ്ക്കണം. ശേഷം, ഒരു വലിയ ഇടികല്ലിൽ അച്ചിങ്ങാപയർ, വെളുത്തുള്ളി, നിലക്കടല, കാന്താരി, തക്കാളി, ശർക്കര എന്നിവ പുളിവെള്ളവും ഉപ്പും ചേർത്ത് ചതച്ചെടുക്കുക.&nbsp;ഇതിൽ നാരങ്ങയും രണ്ടായി മുറിച്ചു ചതച്ചെടുക്കണം.&nbsp;ശേഷം, ഐസിട്ടു വച്ചിരുന്ന പപ്പായയും കാരറ്റും ഇടികല്ലിൽ ചെറുതായി ചതച്ച്, നന്നായി യോജിപ്പിച്ച്, സോയാസോസ് ചേർത്ത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം.
