&nbsp;നിത്യവഴുതന നീളത്തിൽ നാലായി കീറിയതും സവാള നീളത്തിൽ അരിഞ്ഞതും പച്ചമുളക് നെടുകെ പിളർന്നതും മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി, മുളകുപൊടി, ഉപ്പ്, വെള്ളം എന്നി വ ചേർത്തിളക്കി മീഡിയം തീയിൽ മൂടിവച്ച് വേവിക്കുക. വെന്തുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ തുറന്നുവച്ച് ചെറുതീയിൽ വെള്ളം വറ്റിക്കുക. ശേഷം വെളിച്ചെണ്ണയൊഴിച്ച് നന്നായി ഇളക്കി വാങ്ങി ഉപയോഗിക്കാം.
