CRIME DRAMA
The Long Shadow
Monday, 9pm, ITV1
As the latest episode of The Long Shadow begins this week, it’s been nearly two years since Peter Sutcliffe began his evil killing spree, but the West Yorkshire police still have no leads in their quest to bring him to justice.
So when Maureen Long (Clare Burt) survives a brutal attack after accepting a lift home from the notorious serial killer in July 1977, detectives hope it will lead to a breakthrough in the case.
