Good Omens
NEW Available: Friday 28 July
Genre: Fantasy drama Season: 2 Episodes: 6
Michael Sheen and David Tennant are trying to save the world from disaster once more as Good Omens returns for a second run on Prime Video.
The first series, based on the 1990 novel by Neil Gaiman and the late Terry Pratchett, saw finicky angel and bookshop owner Aziraphale (Sheen) and playboy demon Crowley (Tennant) unite to prevent the Apocalypse.
Now, in the new six-parter, co-written by Gaiman, the pair are lying low on Earth after being reprimanded by their respective superiors for collaborating.
‘Aziraphale and Crowley have lost their jobs,’ reveals Tennant, 52. ‘Although officially in season one Crowley worked “downstairs”, he was always independent. Now he’s jobless, he relies on Aziraphale.’
