tv+ Platonic NEW Genre: Comedy Season: 1 Eps: 10 Available: 24 May (first three eps from 24 May, then weekly)
In 1980s romcom When Harry Met Sally.... Harry famously stated that men and women can't be friends - but Apple TV+'s new comedy series Platonic aims to disprove that.
The 10-part series, set in LA, centres on the tight-knit friendship between stay-at-home mum-of-three Sylvia, played by Rose Byrne, and Will, played by Seth Rogen, who she first met 20 years ago when they were at college.
The pair have not seen each other for a long time after falling out when Sylvia disapproved of Will's wife Audrey (Alisha Wainwright). But when Sylvia hears that Will and Audrey are divorcing, she tentatively contacts Will and they quickly pick up their friendship where they left off.
