Many people have come and gone through the Lyell Centre's glass doors since BBC1's Silent Witness arrived on our screens in 1996.
But the one constant over the past two decades has been Emilia Fox, who, in September, will celebrate the 20th anniversary of her first appearance as forensic pathologist Dr Nikki Alexander.
Now the longest-serving cast member, Emilia reunites with co-star David Caves, who plays Nikki's partner and colleague Jack Hodgson, as well as relative newbies Alastair Michael and Aki Omoshaybi, who portray Velvy Schur and Gabriel. Folukoya, this week for a 27th series of the evergreen crime drama.
