Bruno Tonioli whipped up quite a frenzy when he joined the judging panel of ITV1’s entertainment juggernaut Britain’s Got Talent last year – by hitting the Golden Buzzer for dance act Ghetto Kids during their performance!
So, as TV Times arrives for the first day of auditions for the new series of BGT at the London Palladium in January, we’re anticipating the usual hilarious high jinks from the former Strictly Come Dancing judge, as he takes his seat alongside fellow panellists Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell.
And sure enough, it’s not long before Bruno is causing chaos, this time hitting the Golden Buzzer with such enthusiasm that he breaks it!
Unsurprisingly, the crowd goes wild as the gold confetti rains down on the lucky act. Once calm – and the broken buzzer – has been restored, it’s back to the serious business of watching more top talent.
In a break during filming, Alesha, 45, tells us to expect more unexpected moments like that this year…
Alesha, we cannot believe Bruno just broke the Golden Buzzer!
