BRIDGERTON NEW FROM THURSDAY 13 JUNE, NETFLIX DRAMA
When the third season of Regency-era hit Bridgerton began last month, fan favourite Penelope Featherington was heartbroken at the prospect of losing the two people she cherished most in the world: her long-time crush, Colin Bridgerton, and his younger sister, Eloise.
Over the course of four episodes, Penelope's fortunes started to look up as she found romance with her beloved Colin, and marriage is now on the cards. However, Penelope (played by Nicola Coughlan) is still desperate to make amends with Eloise (Claudia Jessie) following their fallout in the Season 2 finale when Eloise learnt that her best friend was also gossip writer Lady Whistledown.
Now, as the remaining quartet of episodes land on Netflix this week, it's clear that the secret that drove the pals apart could also destroy Penelope's newfound happiness with Colin (Luke Newton) as Eloise insists that her sibling knows the truth about the woman he's set to wed.
We cauht up with Nicola, 37, and Claudia, 34, to find out more...
Following Eloise’s discovery, her friendship with Penelope is still on rocky ground as the third series resumes. Do you think they will ever make up?
