BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT
SAT & HOL MON-FRI, 8PM, ITV1
ENTERTAINMENT
Once again, Britain’s Got Talent has brought us dynamic dancers, sensational singers, incredible illusionists and death-defying daredevils. And after the last auditions show on Saturday night, the stage will be set for the thrilling semi-finals, hosted again by Ant and Dec.
From Holiday Monday to Friday, the best contestants from the auditions perform live for viewers’ votes. They include the coveted Golden Buzzer acts, sent straight through to the live shows by the judges.
This year a record number of acts were given a golden ticket to the final rounds. Among them were dance troupe Ghetto Kids – the show’s newest judge, Bruno Tonioli, made BGT history on the first day of auditions by pressing the Golden Buzzer for them during their performance!
It was an unforgettable moment for the group, formed by Kavuma Dauda as part of his foundation’s work offering shelter, food and education to children from the streets of Kampala in Uganda.
