THE CORONATION CONCERT
Following the official pomp and ceremony of the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla on Saturday, the party continues on Sunday night as some of the biggest names in music and entertainment take to the stage on the East Lawn of Windsor Castle for the Coronation Concert, broadcast live on BBC1.
Introducing the performers will be actor Hugh Bonneville, who gladly accepted the BBC's royal invitation...
'It's an honour to be asked, although it was only after I'd said yes that I realised it's quite a big gig,' admits Hugh, 59, who won legions of fans as the Earl of Grantham in ITV's hit period drama Downton Abbey. "It'll be a kaleidoscope of entertainment - and I don't have to buy a ticket!" Here, in an exclusive interview with TV Times, Hugh looks ahead to the big night, and reveals what he'd do if he were king for a day...
