BRAD THE 'BULLY'

He’s putting on a brave face but behind the scenes all is not well in the world of the Hollywood heart-throb

BRAD THE 'BULLY'

CLAD in white racing gear, full head of artfully styled hair, smile lines crinkling and teeth gleaming as he beamed at the crowd... It was Brad Pitt at his best: charming, athletic, swoon-worthy.

He may be approaching his 60th birthday but Brad has lost little of the sex appeal that first made fans melt when he seduced Geena Davis in Thelma and Louise more than 30 years ago.

Now here he was at the British Grand Prix, shooting scenes for a new movie.

Formula 1 ace Max Verstappen was less than impressed with his presence, saying he “couldn’t be bothered with this”, but it’s safe to say Max was in the minority.

Brad has legions of fans and major box-office clout. When his relationship with Angelina Jolie broke down in 2016 he had plenty of supporters – especially after he gave up booze and did some public mea culpa-ing.

Poor Brad, his followers said. He was an ostracised dad prevented from seeing his kids by a vindictive Angie.

But details have since emerged that indicate he’s no saint – and new information recently came to light to further dim the halo around his golden head.

Once again the bone of contention is Chateau Miraval, the estate in the South of France Brangelina bought in 2011 as a fairytale family home but that has turned out to be a poisoned chalice. The property – a producer of award-winning wine – is at the centre of the divorce dispute and the latest developments deliver a sucker-punch straight to Brad’s toned abs.
