HE’S too young to apply for a learner’s licence or order a drink in a bar. But at 14 he’s already graduated from university with a computer science and engineering degree – and he’s just landed a job as a software engineer at SpaceX.
Kairan Quazi from California started speaking in full sentences when he was two years old, left school at age nine to study maths at college, then transferred to university at 11. And on 17 June he became the youngest graduate in Santa Clara University’s 172-year history.
Next up is a job with the engineering team at the Starlink division of Elon Musk’s company, SpaceX. Starlink is a broadband internet service that aims to deliver high-speed satellite-based global internet coverage.
