Where we spotted it

Philipp Plein Spring/Summer '24 Ready to Wear

Why we love it

A look that's perfectly muted with a subtle hint of glamour for the festive season - this one's all about the eyes. A sculpted bronze flush heightens your cheekbones while maintaining a glow that will complement the definition of your eyelids and brows. A subtle pink lip goes well with almost every look, and this one is no exception.

How to get it

1. Start off with a freshly cleansed base. Use a toner strong enough to grip and clean your skin. Once your base is toned, massage your face well with a hydrating cream until it is fully absorbed.

2. Use a pigmented and gripping concealer to soften your under eyes, sculpt your nose, and place it in spots that subtly lift your face while covering blemishes.

3. Use a bronzer to sculpt and contour your face. Use it across the sides of your hairline, and to lift your cheekbones. For extra definition, use a smaller brush and add it to the ridge of your nose as well.

4. Next, move on to a brow definer. Scrape the spoolie across your brow in the direction opposite to the growth of your hair and comb it back neatly before filling in smaller gaps with a muted dark pencil.

5. Now's when the fun starts. Find a palette that has a dark purple, a lighter shade, one with a metallic tinge, and a dark brown for your waterline. Use tape to trace the 'wing' you want, to prevent excess product from spilling onto your base.

6. Use the darker purple shade towards the outer corners of your lids, blending inwards. Place the lighter shades towards the middle of your lid and highlight the inner corners of your eyes with a metallic tinge. Wet the end of a sharp-edged brush and swipe the darker brown eyeshadow across your waterline.
