Drawing inspiration from vintage TV-shaped watch cases from that era, the Feynman VI namesake pronounced as "Vee" - pays homage to the word vintage.
Beyond that, it also resonates deeply with the brand's founding year, with VI symbolising six years of hard work invested since 2018. Stylistically, the Feynman VI represents a modernised take on the TV-shaped watch case and is the first Feynman watch delivered with a steel bracelet. Brushed finishing on the stainless steel watch case contrasts against the polished bezel, allowing an interplay of light reflections on the watch case's faceted and sharp chamfered surfaces.
The same effect extends to the bracelet as the middle links are crafted to resemble an "F". Two hallmarks namely the Golden Ratio and lizard motif seconds hand with Mandarin characters -from the 2018 debutant Feynman One are incorporated into the Feynman VI. The former governs harmonious proportions across its 40.8mm X 38mm wide and 8.64mm thick case, while the latter is a stylised take on what could be a run-of-the-mill execution.
Within the watch lies the ETA7001 manual winding calibre offering a dose of old-school nostalgia when winding up the watch. Its slim profile allows it to slip comfortably into the Feynman VI that is the current holder of the brand's thinnest timepiece yet.
