Known for his exceptional culinary skills and captivating personality, Vikas Khanna is not just a celebrity chef but a restaurateur, filmmaker, and author who never disconnected himself from his roots. From making his way up in the hospitality industry to reaching the top of the ladder with sheer determination and dedication, the chef's refreshing candour and his tell-it-all-like-it-is conversation attest to his nature and a good name he earned, he is one of the most beloved Indian chefs in the world. His name or fame didn't come easy. It’s been a journey riddled with hurdles and difficulties. He crossed them all with the constant support of his mother Bindu Khanna. "My mom is more like a friend to me. She has always been like this; she gives me a lot of confidence." Vikas makes us aware.
