Rice water Hair Spray

• Place rice in a pot and add 2 cups of water.

• Boil until the water has a cloudy appearance.

• Allow the water to cool down.

• Strain out the water and place in a bowl.

• Pour the water into a spray bottle.

• Shampoo hair then spray the rice water generously onto the hair.

This will make your hair healthy and strong and might even promote hair growth in some cases.

Fenugreek (methi seeds) hairspray

• Soak 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water and let it sit overnight.

• Pour the water in a spray bottle the next day Spray it evenly on your tresses and scalp

• Give your hair a gentle massage for 5 minutes and let the spray rest for 20 minutes.
