1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 2 limes)
2 Tbsp. sugar Ice Lime wheels, for garnish
Cut dragon fruit in half and scoop out flesh. Blend dragon fruit flesh, water, lime juice, and sugar in a blender until smooth. Serve over ice and garnish with lime wheels.
