Realise deeply that the present moment is all you have.
Make the now the primary focus of your life. Eckhart Tolle
Atha is an auspicious word. It means now. It indicates that teaching of great importance, about to be given, is to be given now, not in the past or future.
Every moment you think of the past is wasted; the past is dead. Every moment of the future you worry about is useless, because it is yet to be created. Therefore, it is best to be centred in the present. When past and future thoughts engulf you, just swipe them off, like an unwanted message on your smart phone. Once you start doing this, there are more chances of being here now.
