'When designing this study, I wanted to inject a dash of flamboyance, but in a thoughtful, tailored way, so as not to upstage the rest of the space. The curtains have this wonderful, loud, yellow pattern but they are also in a very traditional style, with a structured pelmet. And the navy blue contrast edge acts as a clean dividing line between the bold yellow pattern and the view through the window,' says Sarah Peake, founder of Studio Peake.
