THE PROPERTY
A two-floor ground and lower-ground floor apartment with a large garden, part of a four-storey Victorian house in northwest London. There is an open-plan kitchen/ living/dining room with a separate TV room, study and cloakroom on the ground floor. Downstairs there are four bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a gym and laundry/utility room.
