Industrial chic meets modern farmhouse - this beautiful marriage of styles has been achieved in this new build.
"A home is a place where family and friends can get together, relax and feel comfortable," highlights the owner. And it's these sentiments of a home that makes this property stand out.
When it came to the architecture of the house, the owner opted for a design that would be spacious and free-flowing, creating comfortable living spaces.
"We wanted an environment suitable for entertainment, as we love to have friends and family over. We particularly went for a design with no internal walls on the ground floor to create an open flow between the interior spaces as well as to the outdoor area."
Maximising their plot position in a gated golf estate and the privacy it affords them, the couple liked the idea of a modern farmhouse, particularly the rustic industrial aesthetics of steel, wood, and red bricks. There are no boundary walls as the plot borders two greenbelts and the architectural design makes good use of this, extending the home further while opening it up to the natural landscape that surrounds the property.
