Humans work very hard to innovate so that they can work less, and life is easy – irony, isn’t it? Every now and then technological innovations have surprised us with things that was unbelievable before!
As kids we were always fascinated with the idea of robots who would think and talk like humans. Be it Computer Deep Blue beating the World Chess champion or the latest sensation in the town, the recently launched Generative Artificial Intelligence tool known as ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence chatbot developed by OpenAI. It has created a record of sorts by becoming the fastest application to reach 100 million users in a short period of 2 months.
Since ChatGPT is trained to reply appropriately questions in a conversational format, and produces accurate responses more often, I was inquisitive as to whether ChatGPT can write poems and that too on a subject like Retirement planning in India.
Retirement planning remains a distant priority for fellow millennials and Gen Zs even as employment anxiety soars. I decided to go with the mood and look to AI for a cue, if not answers. Here’s what Chat GPT had to say when prompted for a poem on retirement planning in India.
Retirement planning is a must,
In India, it’s a matter of trust.
For when our working years are through,
Our savings will see us safely through.
We must start early, save and invest,
Our future security is at our behest.
We must set goals and make a plan,
To ensure we retire as a happy man.
We must take advantage of tax breaks,
And make wise investment choices to make.
We must be cautious and avoid scams,
And regularly check our investment plans.
