CYCLE & CARRIAGE has always been a name that's synonymous with stellar service, and its people-centric approach continues to foster loyalty both within the company and its customer base.
The brand has been around for more than 120 years, evolving across the turn of the century and building trust through the generations. That’s not hyperbole either, as a loyal customer, A4 Phnuah, has followed Cycle & Carriage for more than 40 years now. And his son, Herry Phnuah is now looking to follow in his father’s footsteps, thanks to the foundation that the company has laid.
“I got my first Mercedes-Benz in 1983,” Mister Phnuah says. “From then on, I’ve always been a customer of Cycle & Carriage. I followed them even as they relocated, and watched them grow throughout the years.
“They aren’t just good at their service or technical expertise, they go the extra mile too. I remember one time when my car had wiring issues, which could’ve easily cost me MYR 15,000. But the technician noticed that it wasn’t due to normal wear-and-tear or neglect, so he wrote to Mercedes-Benz to get it fixed without extra costs. That’s the dedication I appreciate.”
