WHEN YELLOW FIN HORSE opened its doors in 2023, it introduced the concept of elemental cooking to the local culinary scene. One year later, the restaurant has become an urban dining hotspot, earning a reputation as the ideal spot for those looking to indulge in fine dining and satiate the flavours of fire.
Helmed by chef Jun Wong, Yellow Fin Horse champions the practice of making things from scratch. The team emphasises primitive preparation methods such as open-flame cooking, preserving, curing, fermenting, and aging techniques.
To celebrate the restaurant’s first-year anniversary, chef Jun curated a new menu highlighting the unique qualities and flavours of Yellow Fin Horse. The latest offerings juxtapose the fun side with technique-driven execution through delicious snacks and large format sharing plates.
A List of Fiery Decadence
A generous nine-course meal, this anniversary dinner menu is an international gourmet experience. From French to Mediterranean-inspired dishes, guests can expect a gastronomic feast that will blow their tastebuds away.
Starting with the hors d’oeuvres, the celebratory menu offers three mouthwatering bites – the pear and ricotta mille-feuille, fried lamb shank chickpea puff, and watermelon salad.
