Tell us about your personal journey and how it inspired you to launch Unwritten Coaching.
I've been on a personal health and wellbeing rollercoaster over the past few years.
Like many of us, I was prioritising work while neglecting my physical and mental wellbeing. I had just about every "bad" habit imaginable: drinking, smoking, late nights, you name it. Everything came crashing down during the pandemic, which pushed me to start taking small steps to feel better. These eventually led to a big transformation, physically and emotionally.
My background is in innovation, where I work with businesses to design creative solutions to complex problems. Over time, I realised that many of the tools I used in my work, like design thinking and behavioural science, could be just as powerful when applied on a personal level.
