Daryl Somers is launching legal action against Channel Seven just weeks after he was replaced as host of Dancing with the Stars.
According to reports, the TV veteran, 72, is suing the network for breach of copyright. He claims they used archival footage of John Farnham from a 1990 episode of Hey Hey It's Saturday without approval.
