Protect your PELVIC FLOOR

This topic is close to my heart, and I speak openly about my own journey with the hope it inspires other women with similar experiences to get help! Pelvic floor damage is a well-recognised consequence of both pregnancy and childbirth.

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

After six kids, my pelvic floor dysfunction was problematic. But each birth led me to learn more about my body and – with kindness – train it back to being continent (most of the time).

Following my final birth with the twins, I remember getting off the couch weeks later and still having immediate leakage. I felt like I had no control. I love my Modibodi protective underwear, but I was worried this was my new normal. It was heartbreaking.
