MANDARIN GRILL, MANDARIN ORIENTAL KUALA LUMPUR Four times the pleasure
The Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur is presenting its latest FourHands collaboration at its luxe eatery, the Mandarin Grill. The restaurant’s new Chef de Cuisine, Rafael Martinez Millan, will work together with Johnson Wong, the gourmand behind critically acclaimed local eatery Gēn.
Although both chefs prioritise the use of the freshest and highest quality ingredients, it is their unique approach to flavour and presentation that is bound to make this meal one to remember. Ginger flower, oyster sauce, buah kulim, and pineapple are but some of the aromatics that Wong will play up. Meanwhile, you can expect the richness of strawberries, Black Angus, paella, and chestnut cream from Millan. The collaboration runs from 16 to 18 November and priced at RM588 per person for dinner and RM288 per person for lunch.
