Now, for their 150th anniversary, Piaget reanimates this classic of a bygone era to greet the contemporary crowd. The Piaget Polo 79 stays true to its beloved origins, albeit with a few subtle updates. The most pertinent of these is the 1200p ultra-thin self-winding movement, replacing the quartz movement found in the original.

Bell & Ross has cooked up quite the stunner with its new iteration of the iconic BR 03 diver. In an inspired design decision, Bell & Ross has chosen to mate a bronze case with a brilliant green dial in the BR 03-92 Diver Black & Green Bronze. For those unaware, bronze has been the thing in watchmaking for the past 15 years or so, owing to its propensity to develop a patina over time as it oxidises. This is therefore a watch that grows with its owner, changes as they change, becoming as they become.
