Gucci's High Watchmaking novelties are a horological space odyssey exploring time across five signature collections.

Gucci goes boldly into their High Watchmaking frontier with the Florentine house taking a heady trip across the universe. Five alluring watch collections feature such delights as tourbillons, moonphase movements and even a new perpetual calendar, a veritable showcase of High Watchmaking savoir-faire incorporating Gucci's iconic codes and avant-garde artistry.

G-Timeless Plantetarium explores four kaleidoscopic designs circling around its Dancing Hours Flying Tourbillon, GGC.1976.DS. The tourbillon, named for the Orion Nebula NGC 1976, is set with a diamond-studded star. Each design is unique, from one with 12 Ethiopian opals to another set as a pastel dream of topaz, peridot, amethyst and Ethiopian opals. Yet another features the contrasting shades of red of rubies, fire opals, pink tourmaline and mandarin garnet. The last in the series explores different types of stars studded with diamonds. The designs come to life with a start-stop function on the crown that rotates 12 precious stones each spinning on itself, as well as orbiting clockwise in a stunningly choreographed display.
