BEA SORIANO DEE This statuesque, gorgeous businesswoman and mother has realised how her style has evolved through the years. “My philosophy in buying pieces is that clothes worn daily need to be the ones I invest in the most,” she shares. Though she’s a fan of classic pieces, Dee is never one to pass up on fun items or accessories.
A self-proclaimed lover of Tom Ford’s Nineties Gucci era, Dee also admits to investing in menswear-inspired pieces. “But these days, ever since I had a daughter, I always wonder: ‘Will she like this piece when she’s older? Will it age well?’ If I appreciated the small details about how clothes or accessories were made in my youth, then half my closet would still be with me until now.”
AJ DEE
Actor, athlete and classic menswear enthusiast—these are just a few of the titles that Dee proudly answers to. Usually spotted in a navy sports jacket, a pair of grey trousers, an oxford shirt and loafers, Dee is the quintessential Filipino debonair.
His charm emanates from a sense of style that is timeless yet distinct, an interpretation of menswear that is both dashing and cosmopolitan. “Dressing up daily is like an art for me,” he says. “What I wear for the day shows my mood, feelings and inspirations. It gives me joy going to work.”
