"For the last five years or so, the Philippines has been undergoing a beautiful, creative wave," Muzio notes. Greatly moved by the displays of renowned fairs like Manila FAME and Artefino, the Genoa-born architect evokes this vital, youthful force in Shang Robinsons Properties' latest crown jewel through a curation of timeless accent colours and other admirable inflexions.
Haraya Residences is strikingly different from their previous projects. Born during the pandemic, the project drove Muzio and her team to marry contemporary lifestyles with the stagnant ascent of condominiums in the metro. “Through careful research, we found that most building layouts are not in accordance with the way of living today,” she relays. “They tend to be very rigid. You have the central core and then all the apartments take up a linear direction. At Haraya Residences, we tried to invent a particular way to design our spaces.”
They call it a pixelated layout, wherein each area in your residence is skilfully suited to a range of timely functions. For example, in place of a cornered seating area as your living room that’s occupied by just a sofa and a television, the units at Haraya Residences give you ample space to perform your exercises here, host dinner parties, work from home and more.
