Upon entering the atelier, Coard’s first creation, the Oval Queen, welcomed guests. The designer planned every nook and cranny of this place with all things positioned strategically. The Oval Queen overlooks her “children”—Prometheus, Birds Eye, and the Tower— three of his other works in the collection. In the atrium, the evolution of this family is much more visible as scales increase and shapes mature into new designs.
