While the charismatic 25-year-old effortlessly navigates Singapore society with impeccable style from a curated closet of the season’s hottest trends, his sartorial prowess is more than skin deep.
It is a reflection of the influence of his mother, whose grace is only surpassed by her business acumen. “Armed with nothing but a bag and a suitcase filled with jewellery in 1992, my mother embarked on a courageous journey to support our family,” shares Foo, holding back tears.
