In a move sure to bring relief to landowners, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has announced a significant reduction in premium fees. This applies to those with land in non-Town Planning (TP) areas under eight urban development authorities, including Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Junagadh, Jamnagar, and Bhavnagar, as well as the Bharuch-Ankleshwar Urban Development Authority.
