FIVE heirs to a curry king's £4.6million fortune have won a High Court fight with their older brother after he tried to claim it all for himself.

Abdul Khan ran a successful restaurant in South London and invested profits in four properties in the area before he died aged 67 in 2008.

But he left no will and 16 years on his six children became embroiled in a legal dispute over the fortune. The eldest, Muhammed Iftekhar Khan, 49, claimed it was their father's wish he should be the sole beneficiary.

But his siblings Ahmed, 43, Sarwar, 42, Shalima, 45, Farhana, 46, and Jennifer Khan, 44, said their dad had wanted them all to share in it.
