Vaughan hungry to lift his curse

PAUL VAUGHAN makes his Warrington return tonight 12 months after being left "heartbroken".

The Australian prop is back in the Wolves side for their play-off eliminator against St Helens after serving a three-game ban for a high shot on Leigh's Owen Trout.

The incident, which occured during Warrington's 16-12 defeat at the Leopards last month, earned Vaughan a red card in a call branded "embarrassing" by Wolves head coach Sam Burgess.
