ISRAELI troops have recovered the bodies of six hostages seized by Hamas, including a Brit-Israeli.
The men's remains were found in an overnight operation in southern Gaza following an intelligence tip-off.
Yesterday, heartbroken families slammed the Israeli government for failing to get the captives home alive.
The men were abducted during the deadly October 7 attack on Israel.
Nadav Popplewell, 51, of Wakefield, West Yorks, was declared dead in June after an Israeli strike aimed at Hamas.
Mr Popplewell, who was living in Kibbutz Nirim, was seized along with his mother Channah Peri, 79. She was one of 100 hostages freed in exchange for Palestinians held in Israel during a week-long ceasefire in November.
