GUITARIST Gem Archer has been offered the chance to rejoin Oasis on tour "as he knows what he would be signing up for".
It comes after multi instrumentalist Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs, 59, reportedly agreed to get back on the road with the band for the Oasis Live 25 shows next year.
The gigs will be their first since Noel quit following a backstage bust-up with Liam at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris in August 2009, later claiming Liam had swung a guitar at him.
Now sources close to discussions say Gem, 57, who was in the group at the time, is another former Oasis star both brothers Liam, 51, and Noel, 57, want on board. He has been approached and is expected to agree to a deal shortly.
One source said: "None of the band is 100% confirmed yet, but Gem is looking likely along with Bonehead.
