The King's Trust, previously The Prince's Trust, is one of the monarch's finest achievements. The youth charity, which the King is president of, has supported over a million people.
It helps those aged 11 to 30 with life skills and job opportunities.
This year, the amazing feats of four young people have led to them being finalists in The King's Trust Young Achiever category at the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards, in partnership with TSB.
The grand awards event will be staged at the Grosvenor House hotel in Central London on Monday.
One nominee, Roya Rasouli, from Manchester, says: "This is for the 200 million women worldwide fighting their battle with endometriosis." She had the painful condition for a decade before being diagnosed.
The disease causes tissue similar to the lining of the womb to grow in other places such as the ovaries.
It affects about 10% of women and can be hard to diagnose. The trust helped Roya launch a fashion brand aimed at women with gynaecological and gut health issues.
