THE mum and dad of missing teenager Jay Slater held talks with police in Tenerife yesterday after officers called off the search.
Debbie Duncan and Warren Slater spoke to officers in a bid to get answers about the investigation into the apprentice bricklayer on the Canaries island.
A source close to the family said: "The family want to be sure the police aren't giving up on Jay. They are in constant contact with them about the case."
