Lad of 14 stabbed to death on a bus

A BOY aged 14 was stabbed to death on a bus yesterday.

The teenager was treated at the scene in Woolwich, South East London, but died shortly after paramedics arrived.

Officers wearing blue forensic suits were last night seen using torches and taking photographs while examining both the inside and outside of the red number 472 double-decker.

A friend of the youngster, who declined to be named, broke down in tears after arriving at the scene.

Holding his hands on his head, he said: "That's my friend... he's my good friend.

"I used to see him after school, he didn't deserve this.

"He was a very nice person. I have known him a long time."
