Victoria, mainly serving Yorkshire and Lancashire, is the second-busiest of Manchester's four city centre stations.
Two others, Piccadilly and Oxford Road, are also in the top five for cancellations with dismal records of 9.5% and 8.1%. Fed-up commuter Amber, 21, said her train was cancelled 25% of the time at Victoria.
