AN ACTOR who was Brad Pitt's body double has been jailed for 16 years for duping a woman into believing he had used a condom during sex in the first prosecution of its kind in Scotland.
Luke Ford, 35, was found guilty of abusing nine women, including raping six and the attempted rape of another.
The high court heard how one of the attacks included so-called "stealthing" defined as the intentional removal of a condom during intercourse without consent of the sexual partner.
Legal experts say it is the first time "stealthing" has come to the attention of Scottish prosecutors. It is presently not a separate offence to other forms of sexual assault in Scotland.
Ford, from Stirling, was a jobbing actor and model who featured as a stand-in for Pitt on movie World War Z, filmed in Glasgow in 2013. He was also in the video for Deacon Blue's This Is A Love Song.
In earlier proceedings, the court heard Ford had terrorised his victims over a 12-year period, subjecting them to physical, mental and sexual abuse.
