Sick Scott Wilson bombarded his victim with abusive messages, held her at knifepoint in a bathroom, and carried out the sex attack while she slept.
The 33-year-old, from Edinburgh, was also convicted of being in possession of cocaine between July 2018 and June 2023.
He was found guilty of seven charges, including rape, on November 6 following a trial at the High Court in Livingston.
Wilson targeted the woman for several years.
