PLAN TO SEND FOREIGN CONS BACK HOME

FOREIGN prisoners in Scotland could be deported to serve out their sentences in a bid to ease prison overcrowding.

Now, Justice Secretary Angela Constance has revealed she has been in talks with her UK counterparts over the plans.
