SUPERSTAR Celtic fan Sir Rod Stewart has laughed off claims that fellow music icon Snoop Dogg is a genuine supporter who wants to invest money in the Parkhead club.

Inspired by what Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds has achieved at Wrexham FC, the 17-times Grammy nominee said he would be mad not to consider putting cash into his "favourite club".

But talk of the 53-year-old American millionaire splashing the cash on the Scottish Premiership champions has failed to impress lifelong celebrity fan Sir Rod.
