The Gipsy King has torn himself away from wife Paris and their seven kids in the lead-up to the bout - a rematch with the Ukrainian who beat him on points in May.
Determined to get revenge, he's spent three months training alone and has not said a word to his wife of 16 years.
His younger brother, Shane, said the Fury family's festive celebrations depend on the result in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Shane admitted: "There ain't no Christmas... if Tyson don't get the decision, I don't know what sort of Christmas it's gonna be. But if he does, it's gonna be a fing good one! "He's got his reasons and there's no serious reasons. It's just more mental that he's done it.
"If you reach your goals, you feel good don't you? And him not speaking to his wife, trying to knuckle down and do what he's doing, whether it's going to mean anything or not, he's reached a goal so he's mentally stronger.
Asked if Tyson has been trying to build up frustration which he plans to take out on Usyk, Shane said: "I actually don't know the meaning behind it.
"So he said himself he doesn't want to go into father mode and then trying to get back into the mode he needs to get in, so I'd probably agree with it.
